Welcome to my Mystery Science Theater 3000 page! I am a long-time MST fan and collector interested in promoting Mystery Science Theater 3000, possibly the funniest show ever to grace the airwaves. Once long ago, MST3K episodes were ubiquitous - it was hard to channel surf without catching a glimpse of the Satellite of Love. Now it's gone, preserved only by the most intense fan interest since the original Star Trek series. But....I know what you're thinking: is this site BOLD??? Why yes, in fact it's "extra bold".

Who I am, and what this site is about. I want to preserve interest in a hilarious (but cancelled) mid-1990s cable television show. Over the years I have been able to archive over 100 MST3K experiments from Comedy Central and the Sci-Fi Channel. Most of the episodes I videotaped or digitally captured myself. Using a high-end video capture card, nonlinear video editing software, and a DVD burner I have spent the last 3 years creating the ultimate DVD MST3K archive. I do not propogate nth-generation dubs nor do I distribute episodes that are commercially available through Rhino or Best Brains. I never stop - if I find a better way to encode an episode, I'll do it. Some episodes have been encoded three times to create the perfect DVD.

What I'm currently up to. A lot, but always available to chat about MST3K. See the Digital Archive Project for your trading needs. When you get tired of the MST3K thing, check out RiffTrax or Cinematic Titanic.

Why am I doing this? Why you ask? I like to laugh, and it's a crime to laugh alone. The show has gone off the air, and may never return in any format. If there is any hope of MST3K continuing in some form or another it will depend on creating new fans and supporting existing fans. I have therefore decided to make my collection available to other MSTies. Also, MST is more fun when others can laugh with me. In 2005 my quest for the best possible episode sources will be complete, and I will diligently digitize those for posterity (and as far as Best Brains will allow me to do so). So enjoy your visit, and while you're at it buy something directly from the Brains (even if it's a couple of dollars more than your favorite on-line source).

Please email me with questions. You can also find me (sometimes) at the MST Review Discussion Board.
